With The Vientos de Catalina Project at its foundation, DSWW (D. Standard Worldwide and affiliate companies) represents a monumental step forward in the development of offshore wind energy. The project is a groundbreaking offshore wind energy initiative that aims to harness the vast renewable energy potential of the ocean.

With two offshore marine substations, an offshore floating HVDC converter platform, an onshore substation, and a 300 MW lithium-ion battery storage facility, this project will revolutionize the renewable energy landscape.

Environmental and Technological Advancements: The establishment of energy islands will not only reduce carbon emissions but also enable the creation of Co2 reduction certificates for trading in the EU market. The potential revenue generated through this trading, currently valued at 98.00 USD per metric ton of CO2, can further finance clean energy initiatives and incentivize sustainability practices. Additionally, the abundant clean energy supply from the energy islands can be utilized to power Bitcoin mining and Bitcoin farms, ensuring a green and sustainable approach to cryptocurrency production. The surplus energy can also support the emerging hydrogen market, contributing to the development of a clean energy ecosystem.
